Below you will be traveling down a path of information gathering including subscribing to our Occupational Accident policy.
Unless you can provide proof of occupational accident insurance or workers’ compensation insurance for yourself and all employees or contractors you plan on utilizing, we require your company to participate in our Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy. Should you provide your own workers’ compensation insurance or Occupational Accident Policy, naming Owner Operator Services and the Logistics Provider as an "additionally insured", you can participate as follows:
